CAI Community Counselling Fund & Youth Wellness Grant – Fall Grantee Convening 2025
CAI is hosting a 2-day convening event in Vancouver this fall for current grant recipients of the CAI Community Counselling Fund and the CAI Youth Wellness Grant. Attendees will participate in 2 days of co-learning and sharing with other CAI grantees who also offer low-barrier counselling and/or youth bereavement services. We will be in touch to hear your interests and ideas as we plan the event activities, speakers, and other details. This is a closed event, so please do not forward this information to anyone outside your organization.

Event Location, Time, and Dates*
- Dates: Thursday, November 13, 2025 & Friday, November 14, 2025
- Times: Morning to late afternoon each day (exact times TBA – around 8am – 4pm)
- Location: Sandman Hotel Vancouver Downtown (180 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC)
*Note: CAI can provide travel and accommodation supports at a reasonable cost to participants who have been confirmed to attend the in-person convening event. This includes ferry, plane, hotel and/or mileage and parking for attendees from outside Metro Vancouver, and mileage and parking costs for attendees within Metro Vancouver.
