Courtney is a Registered Social Worker, and is currently pursuing a Master of Applied Health Services Research degree at the University of New Brunswick, where her research focuses on the accessibility of mental health services and the lived experience of frontline workers. Courtney values building meaningful connections and helping create supportive environments where people feel respected, empowered, and heard. She is passionate about systems change, mental health equity, and community capacity building, with a strong interest in advancing collaborative, community-driven approaches that foster inclusion, resilience, and sustainable support systems.
