Natania Abebe (she/her) is a graduate student at the University of British Columbia and is currently pursuing a double master’s degree in nursing and public health. Natania’s clinical background is in both mental health and public health nursing, and she has worked in both Ontario and BC. Natania is very interested in a wide variety of topics which include health promotion, knowledge translation, gender equality, anti-racist health care approaches and media and health. In her spare time, Natania likes to make films that discuss health issues and plays the ukulele. She is very excited to be a part of the CAI team as a sustainability scholar.
