This funding cycle supported Service Innovation Grant projects focused specifically on youth vulnerable to mental health and/or substance use challenges due to family history, physical health conditions, and social, cultural and economic factors.
Funds were awarded to nine (9) projects that demonstrated innovative approaches to supporting vulnerable youth at critical life transition points, with a priority focus on the transition from adolescence to adulthood.
