What This Grantee Is Doing for Community Counselling

Jewish Family Services' (JFS) Counselling and Wellness programs are staffed by a team of therapists who have been trained in a variety of therapeutic disciplines such as family systems therapy, couples counselling, individual psycho-therapy, brief or solution-focused therapy, youth counselling and group therapy. They offer individual, couples, family and group therapy on a sliding scale payment system to people of all backgrounds. Clients are also connected with wraparound supports offered by JFS.

Professional therapy with registered clinical counsellors may address a range of concerns including:
